Delivery Times

All products ship directly from our facility in Bulgaria. Estimated transit time is 24-48 hours using DPD or GLS.

You can choose direct-to-door delivery or pick-up from partner offices.

Returns Policy

Given the nature of the products (food and supplements), we only accept returns for UNOPENED bags within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
