These General Terms condition the relationship between ALDAGON SRL (hereinafter 'Merchant') and customers using the aldagon.ro online store.

1. Orders and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery is handled via DPD or GLS, to your address or a pick-up point.

2. Payments

Payment is via cash on delivery or online with credit card. All prices include VAT.

3. Subscriptions (AutoShip)

AutoShip offers a flat 12% discount on participating products. Subscriptions can be canceled, paused, or modified directly from the customer account at least 24 hours before the next scheduled delivery.
